In particular, the Committee has scrutinized the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Rehabilitation of Disabled in Ukraine" (Reg.№3245). According to the bill, the authority to create the centers of the rehabilitation is transferred from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the central Body of Executive power that performs the management of the disabled rehabilitation system.
The members of the committee stressed that the bill does not contradict with the EU legislation.
The Committee has also scrutinized the Bill of the Law on Amendments to the certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the State support of the agricultural cooperations (Reg.№324) according to which the amendments to the Laws: "On Agricultural Cooperation", "On Income of Enterprises Taxation" and "On Farming".
The principle of the Bill does not contradict with the principles of the EU Legislation and obligations of Ukraine due to WTO.
